Terms of Service

1. Who this agreement is between

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CareYourBusiness ("CareYourBusiness", "we", "us"), a platform that lets businesses create and operate their own website -- including a product catalog, online ordering, and appointment booking -- without writing code. "You" refers to the business or individual that creates an account on CareYourBusiness (a "Tenant"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms cover your use of the CareYourBusiness platform itself. They do not cover the products or services you sell through your own site -- your relationship with your own customers is between you and them, subject to your own policies (see Section 6).

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including anything done by team members you invite. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Subscription plans and billing

CareYourBusiness is offered under Starter, Pro, and Premium subscription plans, each with its own feature limits and billing period (monthly or yearly), as shown at the time you subscribe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee, through our payment processor, at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

We may change plan pricing or features going forward. If a change affects your current plan, we'll give you reasonable notice before it takes effect at your next renewal. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellations and refunds of your subscription fee work.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use CareYourBusiness to:

• Sell or promote anything illegal under applicable law.
• Infringe someone else's intellectual property, trademark, or other rights.
• Send spam, or collect your customers' information for purposes they haven't agreed to.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other tenants' sites.
• Misrepresent your business, its products, or its pricing to customers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with notice where practical.

5. Your content

You own the content you upload -- your business name, logo, product listings, photos, and page copy. By uploading it, you give CareYourBusiness the license needed to host, display, and serve that content as part of operating your site. We don't use your business content for anything beyond running the platform you've asked us to run.

6. Transactions with your customers

When a customer places an order or books an appointment through your site, that transaction is between you and your customer -- CareYourBusiness provides the platform, not the goods or services being sold. You're responsible for fulfilling orders, honoring your own pricing and policies (including any return, refund, or cancellation policy you display to your customers), and complying with the laws that apply to your business.

Where CareYourBusiness facilitates online payment on your behalf (via our payment processor), funds are subject to that processor's own terms and settlement timelines, which we'll communicate to you directly as that capability becomes available on your account.

7. Availability

We work to keep CareYourBusiness available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access -- maintenance, third-party outages, and things outside our control can occasionally affect the platform. We'll aim to communicate meaningful outages when we can.

8. Limitation of liability

CareYourBusiness is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue from your own site being unavailable or from a transaction dispute with your customer.

9. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy). We may suspend or terminate your account for a violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you first except where immediate action is necessary.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll let you know (by email or a notice in your dashboard) before it takes effect. Continuing to use CareYourBusiness after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
